All bank customers will have the ability to use the FSP Bank smartphone app for Android, or iOS. This app will require entering the credentials for the first time, but after that – biometrics on supported devices will be used. For devices without biometrics, a PIN will be used.
On initial opening of the app, the customer can view the balances of their accounts including credit lines. Logging in, the customer can manage the accounts including paying credit lines, and transferring money. The customer will also be able to lock their cards, request a replacement, and report a card lost/stolen.
