Some customers maybe concerned about giving their account number, and rightfully so. A solution to this problem is to give every customer a deposit only account number. This number can be given freely as any attempts to withdraw from this account number will be declined. Once the money is approved and deposited, the customer can then decide where the money goes to any of his other accounts.
Since withdrawal attempts are automatically declined, this account number can be given more freely without raising security concerns that more conventional accounts raises. The customer will also get a notification of when money is deposited.
